Digital products

Our products are digital downloads that are made available shortly after a successful purchase. Because digital products cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable law.

By requesting immediate access to a digital product before the end of any applicable withdrawal period, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal once access or delivery has begun.

When a refund may be provided

Please contact us if:

you were charged more than once for the same product;
you did not receive access to the purchased file;
the file is corrupted or cannot be opened;
you received the wrong product; or
the product materially differs from its description.

We will first make a reasonable attempt to resolve the issue by restoring access, replacing the file, or providing technical assistance. If the problem cannot be resolved, a full or partial refund may be issued as appropriate.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights or legal remedies available under applicable law.

Change-of-mind requests

Refunds are generally not provided because a customer changed their mind, no longer wants the product, did not use it, or expected information or results that were not promised in the product description.

Educational products do not guarantee specific weight-loss, health, financial, or personal results. Individual results depend on many factors, including the customer’s circumstances and implementation.

a short description of the issue.

Requests should be submitted within 14 days of purchase, where reasonably possible. This timeframe does not restrict any longer mandatory rights provided by applicable law.

Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record and payment provider. Processing times depend on the original payment method and financial institution.

Merchant of Record

Payments, applicable taxes, receipts, refunds, and chargebacks are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases made through its checkout.

Lemon Squeezy may process a refund where required by law, its terms, fraud-prevention measures, or chargeback procedures.
